Joe’s Buds is located on the south side of Onandaga, in a retail building behind the Limp Lizard Lounge. There’s plenty of parking.

To enter the dispensary, you will need to bring a valid ID. The following forms of identification are considered valid:

A valid federal, state, or local government identification, including IDNYC, stating the customer’s age and featuring a photograph of the individual’s face.

A valid driver’s license or non-driver identification card issued by the department of motor vehicles, the federal government, any United States territory, commonwealth or possession, the District of Columbia, a state government within the United States, or a provincial government of the dominion of Canada.

A valid passport issued by the United States government or any other country.

An identification card issued by the armed forces of the United States.

If you are 21 years of age and older, but have an expired ID, you can still come inside. However, you will not be able to buy any products.

We accept cash and cashless payments online and in-store. We also accept gift cards and cash in-store. There are two ATMs available on-site for your use which may incur third party charges.

Sorry, Joe’s Bud’s does not offer delivery at this time.

We are not legally allowed to accept returns of cannabis products. However, we are committed to ensuring a positive experience for our customers. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know and we’ll see what we can do to make it up to you.

We are welcoming to experienced cannabis users as well as customers who have never been to a dispensary before.  Our budtenders are happy to educate, answer questions, and allow you to take everything in at your own pace.

Legal cannabis dispensaries have a reputation for expensive products. Here at Joe’s Buds, we have figured out how to avoid the high pricing, and offer a wide array of cannabis products at a variety of price points. Many of our products rival and even beat black market prices. We also have a number of high end products for our more discerning consumers.
